Refund policy

We want you to love it as much as we do! And if you don't, we will always make it right.

General 

We have a 14-day return policy for store credit only, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us and request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at itsvintageyyc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide details on how to ship the product back to us. Please note that you are responsible for costs associated with returning the product.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items must be in original condition & packaging.

Please note that all of our merchandise are pre-loved items!  As such, they might have imperfections. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Although our items are unique, one of a kind and cannot be exchanged, we will make every effort to find another item that you will love just as much.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically receiving an email for a store credit.
